Hello and excellent day to you, dear friends, I have a problem with the HVAC Cleaning issue Version: pro5.0
When going to process the payment it says that:

INVALID_STRING_LENGTH The value of a field is either too short or too long.

I appreciate reviewing the issue at https://hollisterjanitorial.net/index.php/shop/

I have sent you by email with the same subject as this Topic the access keys to the WordPress and Cpanel administrator

    Hi,

Here we check your given error and fine this kindly set transaction limit.

This error occurs when the transaction descriptor configured is of an invalid length. For Paypal, this limit is set at 22. In order to fix this error, you would need to shorten the length of the transaction descriptor configured.

I do not have that menu available in the theme, this error is reproduced in several places, I do not work with chargebee, I do not see how to solve this problem with an answer that does not apply to my case.
I appreciate giving more light to resolve it, I tried to access different menus and couldn’t find anything similar.

CPanel and Woocommerce say that the problem is with WordPress, but we do not have access to that, it is a template that has been provided by the company SKT Themes, you should be the ones to fix all this.

We have replied to support.cpanel.net/hc/requests/95271784 with the following update:

I have confirmed access to the provided server, checked configurations/logs, and found the following:

The PHP errors are caused by the code deployed not by the cPanel software running on the server.

Please allow me to recommend that a web developer check the PHP error logs and fix any issues reported (especially FATAL errors), web content should be checked to ensure the code is functioning properly, there are no issues with the core files of the CMS used, there are no missing files/directories on the code, and check that the code is secure and no code is injected. Also, the developer may like to enable the debug mode to have more information, it is a good practice to make sure the PHP version used is compatible with the code and that needed PHP extensions are installed.

It is a good practice to check PHP error logs. Please review the following article for more information:

Where are the PHP error logs located?

Also, I can see that the domain is using WordPress CMS, and the reported error is related to the code of the web content or a used plugin. So I recommend reaching out to the plugin developers to get more information about the issue.

Upon review of your reported issue, this problem does not appear to be related to or caused by cPanel or by the basic configuration of the cPanel-bundled software.

With that being said, I took some time to compile some information and resources for you that may be able to point you in the right direction:

PayPal Developer – REST APIs – Orders v2 errors

    INVALID_STRING_LENGTH error on PayPal

Paypal strings are limited to a certain length

Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you’re facing any issues with the cPanel installation on this server, and I hope you have a great rest of your day!
Thank you for choosing cPanel, The Hosting Platform of Choice!

    Hi,

Here we are getting this error in the default theme as well, you can see the screenshot. This is not our theme issue.

kindly ask about this error with your payment gateway provider.

I understand that you identified that this problem is reproduced in all your Woocommerce themes. But if you are selling these flawed themes, due to failed components from “your plugin providers” for woocommerce payment gateway themes, you should kindly have this checked for all your customers.
We, your customers, don’t buy failed plugins from you, we buy working themes from you. The comprehensiveness of your offer forces you to solve this problem and distribute a solution to all of us.
Currently, payment gateway customers who own SKT themes are having this same problem.
Please check the BIOSUFERT.COM account on the same server that I gave you access to, your shopping cart has the same error.
I appreciate solving it, I do not have the tools or the knowledge, nor the support account of your plugin provider.
Important observation, this not only happens with PayPal, but also Google Pay and Apple Pay.
