Delivery Terms and Conditions
At The Baby Gift Company, we partner with trusted third-party couriers such as StarTrack and Australia Post to deliver your gifts safely and efficiently. While we strive to meet all delivery expectations, please note the following:

Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $99. For orders under this amount, a flat-rate $10.95 delivery fee applies; unless the gift is part of our specially marked Free Delivery Baby Gift Hamper range. -
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes are provided as a guide on our Delivery Information Page and are based on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times or dates, as delays may occur due to courier schedules or external factors beyond our control. -
Authority to Leave
If the recipient is not home and the courier deems it safe, the parcel may be left at the property. If there is no suitable location, the receiver will receive a text message with instructions for collection or re-delivery. -
Incorrect or Insufficient Address
Please double-check the delivery address before submitting your order. The Baby Gift Company is not responsible for lost parcels or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details. - A $16.50 re-delivery fee will apply if a parcel needs to be sent again due to address errors.
- If a gift is delivered to a hospital and the recipient has already been discharged, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest depot or post office. The recipient can collect the parcel or request re-delivery to a residential address for $16.50.
- If the parcel is returned to us, a $10.95 shipping fee will apply for re-delivery.

Personalisation Terms and Conditions
We are delighted to offer custom vinyl printing services on select soft toys and baby clothing. Please keep in mind:
- All personalised items are handmade with care. As a result, slight variations in colour, font style, or text size may occur compared to images displayed on our website.
- Personalised orders may require additional preparation time. Please allow one extra business day beyond standard dispatch timeframes.
- Once personalisation has been applied, items cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned (unless faulty).

Promotional Offers – Terms and Conditions
- Promotional codes are valid only on The Baby Gift Company website and must be entered during checkout to apply.
- Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions and only one code can be redeemed at a time.
- All promotions are valid until the specified expiry date and must be redeemed before this date to qualify.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate cancellation requests.
- Please email us at orders@thebabygiftcompany.com.au or call our customer service team on 03 9782 1374 before 2:00pm (AEST) on the same business day the order is placed.
- Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
- For personalised gifts or made-to-order items, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Pricing Policy
- All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Pre-curated gift box prices include gift wrapping. If you are creating your own gift box, a gift-wrapping fee of $7.95 applies and must be added manually to your cart.
Your invoice will clearly display the GST amount paid.
Liquor Law Compliance
In accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years. It is also an offence for a person under 18 to purchase or receive liquor.
Gift boxes containing alcohol must only be received by individuals who are 18 years or older.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We take great care in packing and delivering our gifts. Please review our returns policy below:
- If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
- Faulty products must be returned unused and in original packaging for inspection before a replacement or refund can be issued.
- We do not refund return postage costs, but we will cover shipping for the replacement item.
- If the faulty item is no longer in stock, you may choose an alternative product of equal value or request a refund.
- Refunds may take up to 14 business days to be processed.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are simply not to the recipient's taste.
- Personalised items and preserved floral products are not eligible for return unless faulty.
- A $16.50 re-delivery fee applies for orders returned due to incorrect addresses.
